P: Add User-determined fields to”Border” options

This is a bit more involved, but will extend the usefulness of the "Borders" option.

Call me different, but I like to post my photos within a square white "page" with my name and the photo Title below, as per the example attachd. It's like watermarking, but is more elegant as it does not cover the photo with text or graphic.

In Lr Classic, I can do this with Lr/Mogrify, but it's not available for LrMobile. I can also do this via Adobe Express, but it is time consuming.

It would be helpful to add this to LrMobile/Web.
