P: Advanced culling and filter functions for LR online selections for customers

Hi at all! 

I would like to propose to extend the voting and culling features for the LR online selection. 

Synchronization with the cloud works most of the time perfectly fine and it is very easy to get customer feedback on your projects through likes and comments. However the functionality is limited to only those 2 options. It would be tremendously beneficial if there is a similar set of functions for the clients available in the public panel which is shared with the customers. Also the possibilty for filtering and advanced culling would help customers quite a bit if they have to reduce their selection. I am not sure on how the core mechanics are working with the synchronization, but I assume it should be possible to match meta-data with the shared portal. I'll attach a screenshot on how this could look like.
