P: Allow custom order of side panel sections

This is not so much an enhancement to my workflow, but a general change to increase the usability and satisfaction with the UI. I am not interested in the least in Assisted Culling and Community items. Unfortunately, they are placed at the very top of the LH side panel, implying they are the most important key item to my usage. I have never used either and likely never will. 

Please allow me to move them to the bottom, or even better, hide them altogether. 

My biggest complaint with LR Cloud is the inability to customize the panels.
