P: Allow Hasselblad's missing camera profiles to be applied on iOS/iPad OS

I've been using Lightroom Mobile for few years now and this problem has never been fixed. I use all the latest software and OS.

When I import X1D RAW files to a Mac it is all good. When I open them on iPhone or iPad there's an error "missing camera profile". The only option is to select continue and LR assigns the Camera Standard profile, which totally changes the colours. Suddenly having a 10k+ camera system for the absolute perfect colours is irrelevant.

This NEEDS to change. PLEASE!

I have the same problem. Drives me mad. Now I know Adobe don't intend to do anything about it, I'll move to different software.

I'm experiencing the same problem - totally ruins the point of Lightroom CC for me and makes me want to unsubscribe. This needs to be fixed!

As frustrating as it is. This has been a blessing, reason being I no longer pay for the lightroom subscription. Phocus Software is far superior with its color rendition, IPTC and edits are baked into the file natively so you can keyword search the files directly and never to worry about losing the editing work.

Secondly, the phocus software is optimized with better memory management.

I have the same problem. X2D suffers from the same issue.

Adobe, it's been years. Can you please fix this profile problem with Hasselblad X cameras? We are waiting years for a minute-worth time for the adobe engineers to fix...

I am running Mac OS 13.0.1

Lightroom Classic 12.1 with Camera Raw 15.1

Lightroom 6.1

Lightroom Mobile (iOS) v 8.1.0

When I import .FFF files (Hasselblad Raw files) into either Lightroom Classic or Lightroom, I can select the various Adobe camera profiles including Adobe Color, Adobe Standard, etc. as well as a  "Camera Standard" profile. Presumably, this is Hasselblad's profile for my X2D whic has been shared to Adobe. Often, this is my favorite profile for starting my edits. No problems using this profile and editing images on either Lightroom Classic or Lightroom.

However, when I pull up an image in Lightroom Mobile, either on iPhone or iPad, the "Camera Standard" profile is not available. I get a message saying, "Missing Profile: The profile 'Camera Standard' that was applied to this photo isn't available on this device."

Why is it that only the Adobe profiles are available on the Mobile version of the app for this camera? I can access the 'Camera Standard' profile on the desktop apps or even on the web, but not the camera matching profile. That isn't available on the mobile apps. Shouldn't it have sync'd across automatically?

When I bring in an .3FR (raw) image into Lightroom or Lightroom Classic, I can choose from a range of profiles including Camera Standard, Adobe Color, Adobe Standard, Adobe Landscape, etc. I often choose Camera Standard which is, presumably, the profile provided by Hasselblad. So far so good. I can edit the image, view it in Lightroom Classic or Lightroom, sync it normally, etc.

Then, if I try to view the image in Lightroom on my iPhone, I get the error, "Missing Profile: The profile 'Camera Standard' isn't available on this device." If I continue, the profile is changed to Adobe Color, and the colors and white balance all shift.

Why isn't the "Camera Standard" profile available in Lightroom for iOS? It is available in Lightroom Classic, in Lightroom, and in Lightroom Web. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom for iOS.

I can select this Hasselblad profile on Lightroom CC and web, but not Ipad. Why?

This should be fixed asap.

I've noticed my initial post screenshots are not available, so here's another one from iPhone.

Again, this problem happens with each and every X1D raw photo imported on a computer and then trying to be edited on mobile.

Noticed my screenshot files are not available. Posting a quick new one from the phone. Again, this happens with all X1D raw files imported on a computer and then trying to edit on mobile.
