P: Be able to restore a deleted presets in a trash bin or the like.

I accidentally deleted a preset today. I went to a photo, didn't like the preset on the photo, selected delete, and it deleted my preset. I purchased and downloaded this preset in July 2021. There is no way I am getting the preset back from whereever I purchased it from. Then I contacted Adobe Lightroom and it is gone forever with absolutely no way of restoring it. I have been using a series of presets very similar to this one since July 2021. I am not sure what changed, or what happened, but this absolutely should not be a feature available with no option of restoring it. 

The change I would like to propose - is be to restore a preset from a trash bin or the like.
