P: Being able to search for photos / videos without location

Users should be able to easily search their library for photos / videos that do not have a location as part of its meta data.

Currently, in Lightroom (v5.5 for macOS at the time of writing this), users are not able to search for "no location". Just add a search option called "No location available" in the drop down menu.

In Lightroom Classic, this was easy to achieve with the usage of Smart Collections.
