P: Better file management operations

I'm not sure if this is across Windows as well, but I'd like to see better file management in LR on MacOS.  My workflow in old LRC had been dump into working folder (local to laptop); then move to final location (NAS).  With the introduction of local folders, I was trying to do something similar in LR

But it seems in LR, the only operation is copy, no move?

Additionally, there is no choice in warning to abort/rename/continue if duplicate names exist.. it will just always create a second copy.
