P: Camera function on Android tablet

When installing Lightroom on my Android tablet, the only option given is to import photos, not take new photos via Lightroom.

This is a problem because I want to start off with photos that need very little editing to begin with, as I do not own a fancy camera and only use my phone/tablet for photography.

My J1 Ace did have this functionality, however froze whenever I attempted to access the camera function via Lightroom, so no use either.

This was released in the December 7.1 release.

From research it looks like Lightroom does NOT support the cameras on Android tablets.  I have a Samsung GalaxyTab S4 Android version 9.  There is no camera icon to take a picture.  I would love to see this supported.

Since this is 7 months old it's obviously not high on Adobe's list but it would be great to have the camera app for Android tablets.  It works on my Android phone so I'm not getting why they can't port it to the Android tablets.

Not all devices, particularly many tablets are supported for the in-App camera for Lightroom.  Does your phone function properly?
