P: Client to filter galleries by likes/comments

My bad, this feature request should go to the lightroom Cloud / Desktop. 

What I meant is when client opens a shared published online collection in web browser. They are able to add likes and comments after the sign in, but they can't filter their liked photos.

Now the workflow is that I need to filter them out on my end in lightroom and create a new colletion for them to see just the liked pictures together.

Are you referring to filtering in Lightroom Classic or in Lightroom Cloud / Desktop?  (You've posted in the Lightroom Classic forum.)

In Lightroom Classic, you can filter for likes or comments in synced and published collections using the Library Filter bar:
