P: Colour Labels Sync between LR Desktop and Classic

This needs to exist. It's a core rating/sort system that is part of the Flag & Rating system. The fact colours don’t sync has cost me a lot of images in accidental deletion because 2/3rds of the system snyc but this doesn't. 

This one oversight prevents me from organising between both platforms.
