P: Consistent Display of Lightroom Photo Collections in other Adobe Apps

I have got a wide archive collection of photographs with multiple sub-collections. I want to use Adobe apps like Behance and Express to publish these photos. When I try to access my Lightroom library in those apps all of my collections are without any kind of order and just all over the place. There needs to be a consistent display across the entire Creative Cloud. There is also no way I can view the rating (Stars * for example) of each photo.

This feature is essential and needs to be implented.
