P: Customize Menu Bars on iPad

I would love the ability to toggle certain UI items off for a more minimal interface on IPad. 

1. The bottom bar showing library, device and community tabs. Since I import directly from an SD card I never use the device tab, or the community tab, so I would prefer to disable this bar altogether for less distraction.

2. Photos view on the library sidebar. Due to adobe's data harvesting I will never use this feature. Please give us the option to permanently hide it away.
