P: E-Mail Notification for Comments and Likes
- Request: Have Adobe customers receive an email notification when someone posts a comment or like in a shared album.
- Issue: Customer only receives notifications when they have the application open through a badge on the bell icon.
- Workflow issue: An email notification would enable customers to respond much more quickly when someone posts a comment or a like. This will likely result in them opening the Adobe applications more often: increasing usage. With generative fill and AI, this will be increasingly important.
