P: Editing Panel at the horizontal bottom edge

I just use the Samsung Z Fold 3 and installed LR.  When opening thế editing panel, ít show at the right edge of the screen.  I would like tớ know how the set the editing panel at the bottom edge in order tớ have a larger photo display.
