P: Filter images/videos by whether imported or not in Device view

I have a problem in LR mobile on iOS in that when I tried to import all my photos, only 10057 out of 11845 were actually imported.  I didn't realise until some time later, but thankfully I hadn't deleted the originals from my device.  The issue I now have is that if I just select all and reimort again, the ones that are already imported are created as duplicates and show up as virtual copies in LrC.  

I want to be able to filter in the Deivce view to only show items that aren't imported to LR cloud yet.  That way I can simply select any that failed to import (for whatever reason) and try again.  As it is, I have to scroll through my entire library and manually search for items without the little Lr icon in the corner, select them, import and then HOPE that it works.... which it doesn't always.  

Yes... I would prefer it if the import process actually worked reliably, but I've come to learn that reliability isn't Lightroom's forte in any of its guises.  However, this simple filter would go a long way to making my life easier.
