P: Filters when importing photos from camera

Hi,

• It would be great to have at least start rating when importing photos from s camera. It is very difficult to have a quick and professional workflow without this option. (When taking thousands of photos, I rate them on the camera as this is really quick, and then transfer them to lightroom. But without filters I'm stuck with either delete the unwanted photos from the camera, which is super risky, or add a start rating on camera, import ALL the photos, and delete the unwanted from lightroom. This is such a slower process than what it could be...)
