P: Finer control on crop resizing

Hi,

the crop tool has a serious issue that is driving me nuts. When you selected the crop and you want to move the selection area only a little bit afterwards, it's not possible. Instead the selection instantly moves by a larger amount and is completely out of position. Please allow for small movements of the selection for fine adjustments.

I'd be so happy about a fix of this issue. Currently it costs a lot of time to do those kind of finerr adjustments.
