P: Full-screen preview in import screen

A bit of an issue preventing me from fully switching to Lightroom CC for my workflow is that the Import screen in Lightroom CC (at least on Desktop) doesn't provide full-screen previews as Lightroom Classic CC does. That forces me to preview my images in Finder or somewhere else, write down the files I want to import, and then switch to Lightroom CC to import. Is there any chance we can get full-screen previews in Lightroom CC?

An alternative to preview the images in Finder would be to use LrD's Local mode. Using that mode that you can open individual images full screen to review them. You can even apply edits to them to help you decide if you want to keep it in the cloud, and any "keepers" can be uploaded directly to the cloud from there. Much easier than writing down file names in Finder.
