P: Graphical & Image Based Watermarks on images

When outputting any image from Lightroom mobile directly to any service, the image needs to have, at minimum, a © NAME simple watermark placed upon it. I don't think we need full functionality of the Watermark editor in Lightroom desktop but we do need the minimum functionality of the Simple Watermark in Lightroom's Export dialog. Until there is a way to mark an image, why would anyone consider using LR mobile to post anywhere?

NOTE: The original post was a request for a simple, text based watermark which has been implemented. This thread will continue to be the place to vote for image based watermarks.

    I'm glad that you have implemented a copy write mark for Lightroom mobile but it is not a watermark.  Many of us have a brand we are marketing under and our logo is a part of that marketing.  Please implement actual watermarking not just an ability to put our name on the photo that leaves out the brand marketing of our company.

    Luckily one of the updates of LRCC mobile last year added a text-based watermark-feature. But what about a image-based watermark, like on the desktop-versions? I still miss this feature...
    Also i would like to export more than 15 picutres at once... it‘s frustrating if you have about 200 pictures to export... I‘ve started to work with LR on my mac years ago but for mobility i bought a ipad pro and use LRCC on it. works pretty well, but some improvements are need to be done. I would be happy to see a full-functional LR on the iPad soon.

    Now, finally, some simple watermarking on Android. Good enough for me at least.

    @jhaftel You said "so for those that can benefit from text only, they can already get the benefit." I don't see anything when I save the edits. My app is updated and is running on Google Pixel phone. Is it apple phone only for now?

    @jhaftel I appreciate that it is a process. And it is a good step forward. The point I was trying to get across is that this was not the ask of many of the requesters that were consolidated to this one thread. In addition we are asking for something that a $1 app on the App Store can do. It cannot be technically difficult.

    What you type into the field is entirely up to you. It's a text-based watermark, some people choose to put a copyright, others their website, and others their IG handle.

    We are still working on a way to add an image in addition to text.

    Keep in mind, software, esp on mobile, are designed to evolve over time. Option 1 is wait for a long time to get everything, option 2 is to get parts over time. In this case, that meant that the text-based watermark was possible to be done much more quickly than an image-based one, so for those that can benefit from text only, they can already get the benefit.
