P: History Syncing

One thing I think the mobile and new LR CC are missing is the Develop History information. I think this is particularly important in this cloud based context: for example I may have done an edit on my phone that is not quite right (I fumbled it, screen was too small or whatever) and then need to back it out or change it when I see it on a desktop.

If this could also be synced with the LR Classic develop history, this would be very powerful.

According to Victoria Bampton (Lightroom Queen), who is well-plugged-in to Adobe, "but no new sync functionality will be added to Classic".  If true, then when history is added to the cloud products, it won't sync with Classic.

And then it could bring in snapshots. As if you currently want multiple snapshots of the same image, you need to make copies, which feels a bit messy.

I do wonder if being early adopters, we are losing out on some functionality that later adopters may get when they migrate their catalogs. E.G. when history is implemented to Lightroom CC, I wonder if our library will have that info anywhere to pull in? Same with snapshots and other meta data that currently isn't included (face tags etc).
