P: Include Border size when showing dimensions

really, guys? it is great that you've implemented this feature (that Lr classic lacks so much), but not considering the border in the dimension of the rendered file is so dumb. the app even warns you of that, like it is easy to calculate the right size based on the slider unit of whatever.

you don't even need ux research to find that this is a bad decision.
