P: Include Time Zone Offsets in Renaming

Lightroom Ver. 9

Lightroom doesn't seems to take into account the time zone when I want to correctly rename my pictures using Date (YYYY-MM-SS HH-MM-SS).

My local time: UTC -5

Time Zone defined correctly in my camera

Time captured of a picture shown in Lightroom info panel: Novermber 9 2005 at 14:28:16, When I want to rename that same picture Lightroom renamed it as 2025-11-09 19-28-16

I subsenquently tried to rename the same picture with Lightroom Classic: Classic renamed it correctly as 2025-11-09 14-28-16.
