P: keep depth data when importing directly from photos.

At the end of the day, I go through the photos app, delete what I don't like, then use the share sheet to import my faves into Lightroom. Unfortunately this removes the depth map, so I have to open Lightroom first and then import them. 

It's a small step, but changes my workflow surprisingly signifcantly.
