P: Local mode to browse attached memory on devices

Hi all, 

The addition of a local tab in Lightroom cloud desktop has been a game changer, and led me to move away from Lightroom classic. 

I would love to see the addition of the local tab on Lightroom mobile, allowing browsing and editing of files on external disks attached to an iPad!
