P: Locally Stored Album List and clearing

Would like to see Adobe add collection functionality for Lightroom Cloud for those of us who use the Local Files option in the program (to manage local files).  Would be nice to be able to build collections like we can in Bridge.  I know that the Cloud portion of LR Cloud has Albums, but there is no Collections (or Albums) for local storage (I understand taht Adobe's thinking is that people will use their physical storage scheme / folder structure) for organization, but it wouild be nice to be able to build custom Collections of files that are not in the same physical folders, sort of how you can in Lightroom Classic and Bridge.  (The one reason I don't use LR classic is the importing process and collections are basically redundant to my workflow, and the only feature I'm really missing is the Collection for local storage).  I'm sure this could be added to Lightroom and could function like it does in Bridge (not requiring a database necessarily, as the Collections and Smart Collections in Bridge are more or less file lists and queries against the file system and metdata/XMP files).
