P: Migration LrC to Lr: make temp storage location of assets a user parameter

When migrating from LrC to Lr, LrC stores assets temporarily in the system folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe which might have limited space. It would be much nicer to have the location as a parameter when running / starting the migration to avoid blocking issues due to local disk size.
