P: (Mobile) Finding photos ‘not in any album’

Please can you update Cloud based Lightroom so that we can find photos that are Not in any Album. Also it would be very useful when viewing a photo the information panel included WHICH album the photo was In. This feature has been sorely needed for such a long time and would really help those of us who like to keep our images organised. THANKS!

Hi,
I just wanted to submit a suggestion.
I like to make sure I have added all my photos to the appropriate folder/album and I like being able to filter by that.
On desktop, I can type "not in any album" to filter by what has not been sorted in albums, but on the app this is not an option. The search bar is there, but it won't bring up results for that. I like working on my app on my iPad more than my laptop because the screen display is more true to what the photo would look like on a phone than editing on my laptop.
I would love to see this feature added, I don't understand why it works on the desktop but not the app.

Thanks

Apparently the photos that are currently not in any of my albums in Lightroom Mobile are also synchronised.
Is there a way to search and delete those photos on Lighroom Mobile.
I do not have any of the desktop versions of LR.

I'm specifically asking if this is possible in Lightroom Mobile and if not if this can be added to the mobile app.

I'm using LR Mobile on iOS and iPadOS and always latest versions.

I do not have Desktop, only an IPad to work from so this does not help at all. Finding photos 'Not in any album' should be available to us cloud users as standard,I am paying £9.99 a month and cannot properly organise these photos.

I think both of these features are only available in Lightroom Desktop and not on iOS (if that's what you require?)

Assuming you have a subscription with cloud storage then you can also see what album a photo is in at http://lightroom.adobe.com/ but the Not In Any Album search doesn't work there.

As stated I have a subscription to the cloud based lightroom I pay monthly
for (9.99) and edit photos on my iPad. This feature is NOT available for us
users but is sorely needed for proper organisation of our precious photos!

In the Desktop Search Bar type "Album:" and scroll to the bottom of the list and choose [Not in any album]

Workaround using LrD:

  1.  Search for the not in album photos as described above
  2.  Select All
  3. Put into a new Album "Needs Album for Mobile"
  4.  Allow to sync
