Just would like Lightroom mobile to have more space then just 1TB of lousy cloud space to save.

I believe it's possible to increase storage with LR plans for Desktop, but for LR Mobile-only plans there are currently no storage upgrades from 1 TB available.  For more info, I suggest contact Adobe Support.  Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option.  Support staff can guide you through options open to you.
