P: OnePlus 12 10-bit HEIF support

So apparently Lightroom mobile cannot open these files at the moment, produced by OnePlus 12 camera app in HEIC enabled 10-bit color. I mainly shoot this type because editing in mind and it would be nice if supported in Adobe mobile ecosystem.

    Please add support for oneplus 12 hdr display, this phone supports dolby vision and hdr

      This seems to be involved now in new version. Please bring HDR support also.
