P: Option to cut with crop in Lr Mobile

 I would like to see the option in Lightroom mobile that allows the image to be cut at the crop. 

For example, I want to take a 16x9 photo and crop it to 5x4, then re-scale the image to create a white boarder without having to export the crop, then import the image, scale, then export again.
