P: Proofing (Create Album Option)

When using the "Create Album" tab from the proofing web link - how about give us an option to actually create a new album.... AND please to not "Expand All Folders" as it currently does. Have them all collapsed. 

I have to go create a new album in lightroom cloud then come back to the web, then close all of the folders and albums before finding the one I am looking for.
