P: Pull Frame From Video in Lightroom Desktop

All of my searching has led to results for Lightroom Classic. I am wanting to extract frames from videos in Lightroom and I do not see anyway to do this. When you click on Edit, you get the message "video editing not supported" and no way to extract a frame. Is this a limitation on the Desktop version of Lightroom?
