Hello,

There should be a tool in LR to fix and harmonize skin tones.

HSL is for the whole picture, so would prefer a tool which fixes only the skin tones. Best way would be via AI.

Right now, you can do this by using the masking tools. Use the brush, and select 'Auto Masking' so the brush keeps within the same tones. That makes it fairly easy to select the skin tones.

If you want Adobe to add a feature, you should post it as an Idea instead of discussion.

Then people can upvote it.

In this case I would hesitate to do so; I do NOT think the situation has changed that most AIs have a very poor handling of varied skin tones.
