P: Support for XMP Profile Import in Lightroom Mobile for iOS

Hello Adobe Team,

I would like to request the addition of XMP Profile import functionality in Lightroom Mobile for iOS/iPadOS. Currently, while presets can be imported without any issue, profiles are not supported. This feature is available on the Android version of Lightroom Mobile, and it would be immensely beneficial to have it on iOS as well to ensure feature parity across platforms.

Profiles are a crucial part of my editing workflow, and having this capability on iOS would greatly enhance the mobile editing experience. I believe many other users would also find this addition valuable.

Thank you for considering this request, and I hope to see this feature in a future update.

Best regards,

Is there a chance that Adobe will add the ability to import XMP profiles to iOS devices in 2025? These days, when most people are switching to mobile devices like the iPad, I believe this is a basic feature. Yet it’s still missing on iOS, even though it's been available on Android for a long time.

AMEN!

In 2024, Adobe finally added the ability to import presets in the mobile version of Lightroom, which took many many years. But ironically, this feature is already becoming less relevant because most modern presets are now based on profiles. Unfortunately, Lightroom Mobile on iPhone still doesn’t support profile imports.

This is a critical need for most modern photographers, and the lack of this feature in Lightroom Mobile is a significant oversight. Profile import is far more essential than some of the new AI-driven tools, because it’s a fundamental feature that should be available. Many photographers rely on profiles for both photo and video editing, and without this capability, they’re forced to turn to other apps.

If Adobe prioritizes adding profile import functionality soon, it would be a huge step forward and would better serve the needs of today’s photographers.
