P: Tag undetected faces

I want to be able to add people to my facial recognition by drawing a box around them and adding them - just like on regular lightroom.  Why can't we do that?

Lightroom: Ability to draw around an area containing an unrecognised human face so as to add to list of recognised people then link it to an already named person. It would be good if this facility could be added - to recognise me when I'm in heavy disguise! (no joke - meant as a serious request). Many thanks.

And the ability to final disregard something as "not a face".
