P: Windows ARM64 in Microsoft Store

Currently Lightroom has native ARM64 program for Windows on ARM devices such as Surface pro X.  We need to install creative cloud desktop(ARM64) application first to intsall Lightroom. In fairness, it works well.  But Lightroom  x64 version is available directly from Microsoft store, so you don't have to install Creative cloud desktop application. Sadly Lightroom for ARM64 (Windows) cannot be installed directly from Microsoft store

Is there any reason why Lightroom for ARM64 windows not available directly from Microsoft store?
