Repair brushes from Photoshop for Lightroom Cloud-based version

Is Adobe on its way to implement the different/all repair brushes/options known from Photoshop to Lightroom (Cloud-based)? That would be awesome.

Furthermore:

I would like to get the option to edit an image from Lightroom (Cloud-based) in Photoshop Elememnts (not only in Photoshop). Is there any way to handle that?
