Something similar to help find other items in a photo and remove.  Find tree, find car, find windows, find railing, find fence, i.e. identify other items in a photo for removal or editing.

@Lisa5C64 You are responsible for identifying the object and creating a selection around it, and then the AI's role is to generate content (or a removal) within that selected area. Photoshop Generative AI does not work by you simply typing "find tree" or "find car" and having it automatically locate and remove the object. Use a selection tool (like the Lasso Tool, Rectangular Marquee Tool, or even a brush with the "Remove Tool") to highlight the specific area of the image you want to alter. Once the selection is made, you can open the Contextual Task bar- and Click in the Generative Fill or you can either leave the text box blank to have the AI intelligently fill the space based on the surrounding area (this is the most common method for removal), or you can provide a direct prompt like "remove tree" or "remove car" within the selected area.

Yes I understand how to currently use the tool set. As this is a beta program, I am offering up suggestions for future development of the programs abilities.  As AI becomes more intuitive, I see this becoming a reality in the software we use.  I have been using Photoshop since 1994 as a graphic designer (and have cut out many a shape with the lasso and poly tool) and have been along for the ride as Adobe stays cutting edge with their software.

I've moved you're post to the Photoshop Beta forum.
