Photoshop Feature Request – Layer Style Overlay Reordering

Hello Adobe Team,

I’d like to suggest a very useful improvement for Photoshop:
👉 The ability to reorder Layer Style overlays (e.g., Gradient Overlay and Pattern Overlay). Currently, Photoshop applies them in a fixed order, which limits flexibility.

✨ Suggested Enhancement:

Allow users to drag & drop overlays with the mouse (just like reordering layers in the Layers Panel).

This would give designers much more creative control and speed up the workflow.

Example attached: “Before” vs. “After” comparison.

As a loyal Photoshop user, I believe this feature would be a game-changer for the design community. And who knows — offering a small reward (like a free 2-year subscription for contributors of such feature ideas 😉) could be a fun way to motivate users to share even more improvements!
