Remove tool - unambiguous selection

Hello.

Sometimes when using remove tool the result is not as desired.

Then I want to press ctrl+z and use the selected area for generative fill.

But now there is no such possibility, and this selection cannot be used for other actions. So I have to select the area again.

It would be very convenient if after selection this area could be converted to Marching Ants. By pressing the Q button as in a quick mask, for example.
