Request: Remember Photoshop Pinned Taskbar location

It would be nice if the context taskbar would remember where I pinned it once I come back into Photoshop. I like it and don't want to hide it, but it always feels in the way if left to wander. So I pin it near the top of the app. If I close the program, it reverts to unpinned when I open PS again.
