v3 AI is worse than v2 for artists. Give us the option to switch models.

The new v3 AI model in the beta is worse for digital artists. It seems to only want to give me photorealistic results and when trying to prompt for art, it just gives me really bad unusable results.

Please give us an option to switch between v2 and v3 models so this doesn't disrupt our current workflow.
