contextual bar

Hi

I'm using the contextual bar for a while now and I think it would be a good idea

of having the contextual bar in a window like adjustments or properties and can be included in your panels in the workspace. I would use it more and it would be distracting as some times you have to move it around because is distracting or it bothers me. But i thing teh bar is a great idea.
