P: Ability to Liquify on mobile

No matter what I try, it will not allow me to use the liquify tool 

Hello, I have a new ipad and I just downloaded photoshop but my liquefy tool is greyed out. I saw that there was an update and that iPads should now be able to edit with the liquefy tool, but I can't seem to figure out how to add it. Could anyone help?

Hi! Mine still says it's not available. I have a new iPad air, so you know how I can get it? I see the tool but it's greyed out.

I am running the latest version of Photoshop iPad. For some reason, I do not have the Liquify Filter. Why is that?

Bring liquify with warp, freeze and thaw mask to ipad. It's a shame to not have those on ipad..   also content aware when removing items. 

Liquify on iPad/Photoshop is... a web mess: I try to look for it online and i find completely unreliable sources. It seems it's already available, but i cannot find it in any place on current Photoshop version.

The Photoshop help system in iPad is incredibly unprofessional for a professional (high cost!!) suite: there's not even a way to search within the manual: I cannot believe this! You need looking online for unofficial sources and you only get confused. There's even a LinkedIn training by Tony Harmer that shows a Liquify feature on iPadOS Photoshop, but the version seems old/different and I cannot find it in any way on my May 2023 updated version, on my M2 iPad.

Please Adobe add this feature soon and (by far) better manage the help system.

Cannot believe Adobe is such unclear on this critical feature...
