Adobe Substance 3D Stager Keyframe and Timeline

I'm doing a turntable in Adobe Substance 3D Stager, which is of a character I designed. 66 / 72 frames done; rendering is nearly complete. However, I needed to start work. To begin where I left off after work, I felt like I was more so estimating than being precise, and I'll need to adjust the animation in Ae, which is fine--just seems unnecessary.
A trait that I hope Adobe Substance 3D Stager adopts is a keyframe and timeline. Adobe After Effects and Blender are examples that I think would be really useful in Adobe Substance 3D Stager.

AlanGilbertson, thanks for the response. I understand this process. I just wanted to share my observation as I think this area can be refined.

If you are likely to need to interrupt an animation render, set it to output a PNG image sequence instead of a video. When you are ready to resume, look at the last numbered PNG and tell Stager to start rendering from the next sequential number. Although Stager does permit rendering an MP4, it is a compressed format and much less forgiving. An image sequence is trivial to import to Premiere, After Effects, or Photoshop, from which you can output in whatever video format(s) you require.

Note: Upon updating my Stager, there seems to be new frame feature. For an example, in the render section theres a "1 to 72," which can be changed depending on what frames you decide to focus on. However, the timeline--in the design tab--does not obtain this information and your unable to determine what frame you absolutely need/desire to render. It's still guessing instead of being precise. This area of Stager could be refined
