Allow uninhibited grouping within the scene hierarchy.

Allow the complete uninhibited freedom to group whatever, whatevere within the scene hierarchy box. Right now I can only group lights and meshes, but not cameras and enviroments. Would like to be able to dupe, use, and group anything in the scene for better orginization and use of the renderer.
