Include Substance 3d stager in Creative Cloud master collection

I still use Adobe Dimension but wish it was not feature frozen. The UI is much easier to use and adding modeling features to avoid using Blender would be great. Nevertheless, adding Substance 3D Stager to my Master Cc subscription would be nice. I can’t justify the added cost for a Substance 3d subscription since I’m really doing hard surface modeling, staging and rendering.
