better/full version for mobile platforms tired of using other programs to create

I am TIRED of using programs like Krita on my Samsung Tab 11 Ultra because the Adobe mobile apps are SO LIMITED for mobile platforms.  I just want something I don't have to worry about whether it will size my cancas correctly or be able to open some of my sources.  Graphic design and digital art should be more accessible outside of my PC besides what equates to a filter program for an already existing photo.
