Bug Report: Issue when using the new-ish eyedropper

When using the colour eyedropper in the colour selection area of the toolbar (background/ foreground)

You can’t “escape” the selection. For example when a pop-up windows appears, it samples the UI colours instead of interacting with the buttons.
