Υπάρχει ένα θέμα με το illustrator, όταν κάνεις transform μόνο στη μία διάσταση π.χ. πλάτος επηρεάζεται αναλογικά και το ύψος ενώ δεν θα έπρεπε εφόσον δεν είναι ενεργοποιημένο το constrain width and height propotions

When embedding the linked image, the software freezes and crashes. After a series of tests, it turns out that this externally linked masked image with a dropped shadow effect causes the software to crash when executing the embed image(s) action, which seems to be a program issue (Adobe Illustrator 30.6). I removed the dropped shadow from this image with grouped shape, duplicated the same circle without the linked image, and placed the dropped shadow effect behind it, then executed the embed action successfully. Hopefully, it will be fixed in future updates.

We receive one design from our customer, there is one element in AI file (see attachment)become different when copy to another blank AI file or view this file in other tools, the appearance for the box changed.As I look into the element, there is opacity mask made from live text, but when we create outline, this live text is not able to be detected.So that, there is no error info when we work on this file, but the appearance change, and we are not able to detect it, which will be a big risk have error.So, I would suggested, live text being used as opacity mask should be outline automatically when clipping mask made.

When using the colour eyedropper in the colour selection area of the toolbar (background/ foreground)You can’t “escape” the selection. For example when a pop-up windows appears, it samples the UI colours instead of interacting with the buttons. 

Hi, after updating to Illustrator 30.4 on macOS 26, I can no longer use the mouse scroll wheel to adjust numeric values by hovering over input fields (such as opacity, stroke weight, scale, etc.).I’m using a Logitech G304 mouse. The scroll wheel works normally in other apps.I already tried:Resetting Illustrator preferences Disabling GPU Performance Restarting the Mac Checking mouse settingsBut the issue still persists.Is this a known compatibility issue with Illustrator 30.4 on macOS 26?

Hi everyone,I am experiencing a critical issue that is completely breaking my workflow in Adobe Illustrator, and I suspect it might be a specific bug in the latest version or a compatibility issue with the new hardware/OS.The Problem: Whenever I try to select any element by clicking directly on it, the program takes a long time to react, select the object, and display the bounding box (the resizing and rotation handles). This delay makes it impossible to work efficiently or even copy/paste quickly.The strange part is that if I select the object by dragging the cursor (marquee/area selection), the response is immediate and works perfectly. The lag only happens with a direct click on the object.My Suspicions: Given that my hardware is very powerful, I suspect the bottleneck is related to the rendering of the new rotation properties on the bounding box or the background calculations of the Generative AI Contextual Taskbar that trigger upon selection.My System Specs: Computer: Mac mini (20

Hey guys,  So my Illustrator is not responding literally every time I try to open it, and this has been going on since the beginning of this week (it’s Saturday today). I have searched online and saw a suggestion to reset the preferences, but there is only one issue - I will embarrasingly admit that I’m still not used to the Mac settings (long time windows user before switching to mac 2 years ago) and trying to follow the steps genuinely just made me feel really lost and confused T_T I’ve restarted my laptop many times, but it did nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and  now it just lets me access the home page, but when I try to make a new file, it goes back to not responding. I’ve sent a lot of crash reports to adobe and apple whenever I have to force quit the application. My mac is a Mac M3 Pro 18 GB. If I could get a response asap, that would be very very appreciated as I need it for uni rn. Thanks so much,QW
