일러스트레이터 프로그램을 오픈하고 새 파일이나 열기 등을 클릭하면 이 오류보고서 화면이 뜨면서 종료됩니다. creative cloud에서 삭제하고 다시 설치하고, 노트북도 껐다 켰는데도 계속 반복됩니다.  [확인요청 양식]사용중인 컴퓨터 OS: 윈도우 11프로세서(CPU): Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1240P그래픽카드(GPU): Intel(R) Arc(TM) A350M Graphics메모리(RAM): 16GB사용중인 일러스트 버전 : 2026 증상 발생 시기: 원래는 되다가 갑자기 안됨. 포토샵에서 GPU 업데이트하라 해서 업데이트 하였고, 그 이후 포토샵을 작동 잘 되나 일러스트레이터에서 종료되는 오류 발생
